Payment & cancellation

Do You Need to Get Travel Insurance? Yes

We do not charge cancellation fees for trips cancelled up to 45 days before the departure date.
-44–30 days before departure – 30% of the total amount
-29–14 days before departure – 60% of the total amount
13–0 days before departure – 100% of the total amount

We do not require full payment in advance.
If deposits or full payments for hotel rooms or airline tickets are required in order to secure your booking, you will need to pay a deposit of 60% at the time of the booking so that we can confirm your hotels and flights. If you have paid a deposit, Wild Safaris and Travel will refund this amount less the transferring costs if you cancel your trip 45 days before departure.

A booking is fully confirmed by Wild Safaris and Travel when a deposit of 60% is received in our bank account.
The remaining 40% should be paid in full before the departure date, either by bank transfer, credit card or in cash. We accept payment in euro or US dollars.
