We provide a 24-hour duty officer, on call 365 days a year. Our ground handling services include a friendly team of meet and greet staff who'll ensure that your itinerary always begins with that famous “warm African welcome”. Guests are transported swiftly and safely to their next destination.

Our drivers will always meet you in the arrivals section with your name on a board which will also display our logo so you will easily be able to identify him. Prior to arrival we will also let you know your driver's name and mobile number just in case you need to speak with him. Your driver will always carry any luggage you might have and escort you to your waiting vehicle ready for your journey.
